One of my favorite hobbies is to find different ways to take something old and refurbish it into something beautiful again.  Often times it may seem overwhelming and too difficult.  I have found, (through personal experience), that the biggest mistake usually turns out to be the best thing about the finished piece.  This is similar, in some ways, to Real Estate as you can buy a home that needs some TLC, fix it up and next thing you know you have sweat equity!
